Mokate Group's annual conference and Christmas Party took place on 20 December 2019. The event was attended by nearly 300 Mokate employees from several countries around the world.

The meeting was traditionally held at the Vienna hotel in Bielsko-Biała. The event was opened by Teresa Mokrysz - founder of the Mokate Group. Then Adam Mokrys - the company's CEO, took the floor. The next part of the meeting featured presentations from the managers of coffee and tea marketing departments and from Mokate Czechy, in which they presented the priorities for 2020 and summarised the work carried out in 2019.

The presentations were followed by a special guest, the well-known motivational speaker Jakub Bączek. His greatest successes include helping the Polish volleyball team win the World Championship gold medal. Bączek was the team's motivator.

The performance was well received by the Mokate audience, who then listened to the jazz recital performed by Kasia i Błażej, who are well-known artists especially to the Silesian audience. When the clock struck 3 pm, it was time to hand out the annual awards for Mokate's best and most distinguished employees. This is one of the most pleasant and liked parts of the Mokate employee meeting each year.

After the awards were handed out, everyone moved to the dining hall, where the Christmas Eve dinner was traditionally held.
